Time For A New Discussion Forum, Or At Least A New Sub-topic?

There is getting to be a lot more threads specifically on web design, Adwords, and SEO. The wealth of information is starting to increase but it getting more difficult to search out this information here. Is it time to start a 'web' forum or at least add a new sub-topic to Marketing and Sales? Can previous threads be moved easily to the new section? I realize it's Nathan's sandbox so I am just throwing out the idea. Thoughts?
