Thermador Freedom Line
Just curious if anyone has experience with this line of appliances. They are to receive an integrated panel that matches the cabinets and supposedly these are very difficult and time consuming to install. I have put panels on Sub Zero before at that is easy. I am not sure what to charge the customer for this but I am just wondering if anyone has experience with this product and can tell me why it is so difficult. I read one posting where they said the minimum charge for installing this type of refrigerator was $450. There is an under counter refrigerator, a dishwasher, a under counter freezer, a built in oven, and a built in coffee maker and they are all supposed to receive a panel. I visited the company web site but have not found any links for technical pdf.s or installation procedures. I don't want to get mixed up in this unless I have some idea what i am up against.
