Is There A Software App That Does It All?

I have been considering myonlinetoolbox, my only hesitation is it seems like mostly a customer management type software with very limited estimating and invoicing components.

If I want it all in one I guess I have to go with remodelmax, quickbooks, and online toolbox? There must be a solution to take care of all of that... if there is PLEASE let me know!

Quickbooks, but get the accountant edition, since it has all the plugins of every lesser version, and you just pick what you want, ala carte. The QB Customer Manager app, purchased seperately, will help out a ton.

Hey healthy homes,
The estimating and invoicing features are unlike the typical. They don't do regional "canned" pricing in large complicated volumes of information. You create and store your own item list in easy to use folders. Most contractors have a limited set of repetitive things they do over and over again and don't need the complication of everything that is possible. Also I can use the information sent in my sub contractors estimates or invoices to add to my estimate or invoice. I just add a markup value and clean up a few words and I'm done. It doesn't get easier than that. I am unsure how big or small your business is, but I am approximately $300k per year in sales and it does just fine for what I need. I noticed you are from Canada and the only thing I can think of that is a limitation for you is the automatic address validation. I saw somewhere that they are waiting for a handful of companies from there to then pay for the service. Don't quote me though. Good luck.
Mike
