Tempered Glass, Read

just wanted to share to save someone from making this mistake, just finished a large second floor addition, master bath/ walk in closet, reviewed the plans, maybe a little quicker than i should have, sometimes years of experiance makes you a little cavalier. 6ft (tub only), window 4'' from top of tub deck, MUST BE TEMPERED, in new york, 8'' from ff all glass must be tempered, thats burned into my head, however the platform got by me. the architect did not note it on the plan, but i should have caught it, its a andersen double casement, so i can change out the sashes. it is still a drag.

I've heard rumors, but didn't know where to turn.

Thanks!
