Subcontractor To Invoice Who?

I brought a HVAC guy in on a job. Did a great job, me - Ho was very happy with the unit and all is well.

The HVAC was included in the total price, paid to me. I paid the HVAC guy. Who get his invoice?

sorry, i'm new to playing GC. This was more or less a favor for a neighbor. If the HO gets HVAC invoice, do I have the price adjusted to be what I told HO the price would be (it's different than what I paid)

You get the original since you paid him. The ho can have a copy. You will need the write off come tax time.

Yes, you get the invoice. I would suggest that you should (if you didn't do it already)...get an insurance certificate from him as well. If he is Incorporated, also get his W-9...
