Re: Stupid Question
hahahaha.. funny but come on, i cant find work right now and ive got a family. The co. i worked for got sunk and im just trying to get temp work until i can find something in my trade. so i was offered a job as a prepper thru an agency and just want to know what to expect. should i even accept the job?it pays fairly decent for a labor job.

Re: Stupid Question
If you're hired as a laborer I doubt if you'll be expected to show up with more than a toolbelt, hammer (with holder), tape measure, pencil, pliers, screwdrivers, utility knife and perhaps some enthusiasm.

Re: Stupid Question
sounds to me like your gonna be the guy that shows up a 1/2 before the A-team gets there and get the tools, extension cords, air hoses stretched out for them then be a gofer the rest of the day then play joey clean-up at the end of the day when the A-team heads home. IMHO

Re: Stupid Question
You've misunderstood. It's not residential prepper, it's Presidential Repper and it has to do with the impending inauguration. There are traditions in the construction industry, going back as far as the Garfield administration, that have to do with each inauguration day.
Clearly, this is somehow related to the work you will find when you arrive at the job. A clerical mistake has confused you. |

By the way, Repper spelled backwards is reppeR. When Malco comes on, which is inevitable with this thread, he will explain the significance of this. You must be very, very careful how you approach this job you've landed. |

Re: Stupid Question
what does a prepper do?
IMO a prepper, is a term used by painters/sprayers to work done before to be painted/sprayed example: masking, floor protection ....etc |
