State Mechanical Contractor
I have a Florida State Mechanical Contractors License and am getting ready to quallify a corporation to do Sheet Metal and Mechanical work. I would like to draw up a contract between the corporation and myself. I'm not too sure if I should get a percentage of every job done or a flat rate per month. I would eventually like to be a partner in the company and run the mechanical division. If anybody has been in this situation and could give some advise, I would appreciate it.

Re: State Mechanical Contractor
Go with the flat rate. The time isn't right for a percentage.
