Then you can call the truckers that have nothing to do and ask them if they can give you a cut rate to find them work. If I had trucks sitting in my yard and drivers sitting at home, I would discount my rates to get some work.

BTW, I know nothing about dirt or the dirt hauling business. Good luck and check into that insurance.
