Single/Divorced Men.....Dream Home

Ok guys.....................lets assume your single.............whats your dream home............no female to help make decisions:

I am listing my criteria first

1.As cheap as possible
2.As effecient as possible
3.Simple design
4.Build in the country on two acres
5.easy to clean/ maintain

ok here is what i have come up with.......any suggestions would be greatly appriciated.

No pad..............stemwall..............ciderblocks and joist.................two story design.......one square box set on another..............one bathroom........vinal siding.....sheetrock or pannled walls........(2 stories 18 feet wide........20 feet long)..........

Your thoughts would be appriciated guys.

Thanks

An 800 sq/ft vinyl sided house on 2 acres???
You're nuts!!

How about a 3500 sq/ft real log cabin (no kit!), on a lake, smack in the middle of 150 acres.
A 2500 sq/ft garage/shop with 2 lifts, bass boat sleeping space and a motorcycle wing off to one side.
And a 5 acre motocross track a few hundred yards behind the house.

That'd be a start. Call me high mantenance.

I think a home without a woman is just plain wrong . But if I was to answer this question without haste it would be a stabbin cabin in McCall Idaho with 48x48 loft and entry with arched timbers and a 155 C.F cooler with every brand of beer in it known to 'MAN"

You'd fit in quite well in Idaho.

Re: Single/Divorced Men.....Dream Home

Good idea guys..................but not what I'm looking for

The cabin........would love one but its a waste of wood

the base boats and cars................would love them if someone gave them to me..........................hoever the idea is not to have to work as much........but please feel free to go into debt as far as your creditors will let you

I love the campany of females.........................but would rather have that kind of comapny on the weekend........................the older I older i get the more attractive a woodstove and black lab sound................at least i can put the Lab outside if he wines to much.

Keep the coments coming.........................I like your ideas

Outside make it concrete and inside completely stainless steel with a power washer wand hooked to a central pump in everyroom. No maintenance outside and inside cleaning is done as fast as you can pull the trigger:p

IHI, you beat me to it but forgot the floor drains. LOL

The ideal home is a boat. You're always waterfront, can change the scenery anytime you like, there's nearly always a bar nearby and most women are intrigued by the lifestyle. If they get too intrigued, there is always casting off in the moonlight.

I like to think I would make an excellent replacement for Hugh Hefner in the Mansion. And 3 blonde barbies for "girlfriends"???

Re: Single/Divorced Men.....Dream Home

Amazing..... Neal prefers cuddling up in front of a wood stove with a black lap instead of a woman and Christine is calling Flor and Tom the dogs.

A home......hmm....if I was single?......A roll away in the alley behind a topless bar.
