Scaffolding Setup Question

Are there any websites out there explaining framed scaffold setups?

http://gostepup.com/product/product.asp?CategoryID=1

That site sells goosers and putlogs? what are these? What where would i use them?

If you guys can post a link explaining the uses of these accessories, i could have a better picture.

Crazy request, but its worth trying

Rich

Re: Scaffolding Setup Question

I have seen these used. the gooser as they call then for bracing or saftey rail. I have never seen the double putlogs only single. they are used to secure to scaf towers when x bracing can't be used because of space.

Dig through here, your bound to find something useful.
Look here too.
But be aware that it says this:

Erection

Only the manufacturer of the scaffold or his qualified designated agent shall be permitted to erect or supervise the erection of scaffolds exceeding 50 feet (15.2 m) in height above the base, unless such structure is approved in writing by a licensed professional engineer, or erected in accordance with instructions furnished by the manufacturer.
