Re: Residential Vs. Commercial

Both.

But incase my Insurance lady is reading....not a lot of commercial.

I will give up a residential job to do a commercial job. (even money of course)

I am going to try and work my way out of residential and into commercial.

Re: Residential Vs. Commercial

I voted both but it depends what you define "commercial" as. In the past some people have used the term commercial to refer to new construction. However in my opinion commercial means work on commercial type buildings, both construction and remodeling.

Most of my work is residential however I have some commercial work under my belt and it is a market I am easing into. I am trying to use commercial work to boost my business.
