Removing Concrete Sealer

I have a job that has stamped concrete, and it is (yellowing)- were the sun has shined on the stamped concrete, and the coating is dull..
The concrete that the sun has shined on gives the look that it has Poland on it but it is clean,?
I was told it was coated with (xylene)
