Remodel Vapor/Air/Insulation Advice Needed.

I am trying to finish a garage attic on a very limited budget. and i am trying to use materials that i already have which is. 5/8 osb, tyvek house wrap, faced r 13 batt insulation.

here is what i was thinking tell me if you see any potential moisture problems or if it will be sufficient. remember this isnt going to be a space where anyone is going to live just a kids play room so i am just trying to keep some of the summer heat out and i will be buying a portable a/c.

Batt the roof baffles, then put the tyvek on as an extra layer of insulation. (the batt is faced with vapor retarder) i could use poly plastic that way i wouldnt have to buy faced batt for the entire area.

on the gable end walls there is currently vinyl siding and foam board... nothing else. i was going to put tyvek from the inside (so i wouldnt have to take down siding) then i was planning on putting the osb up and sealing all of the joints.

then drywalling the whole thing.

i am going to bring some air in from the garage below and have a small fan blowing some air out to keep from having too much stale air.

kids wont actually be playing in this room. i just want it to up the resell value and i was thinking of growing some vegetables up there.

any input would be great.

growing some vegetables up there. Not a good idea. Up the resell value.
Absolutely maybe you should look into installing HRVs to condition the space better.
