Relocating Business To New State...
I'm looking to get out of the communist state of NJ as soon as possible, definetly before the end of the year. When i move to a new state will i be able to just transfer my LLC to the new state, or will i have to move to the new state and just have to register the business just like any new business? I'm just curious since i have a truck loan in my business with 0% interest and i'd hate to have to pay that off early just to move if i had to create a new business and they wouldn't just transfer the loan to it.
Thanks Matt |

Re: Relocating Business To New State...
Matt,
Why would you want to leave NJ. ? You are in the highest paying state in the nation for construction work! Don't come to MI. we have the highest unemployment rate in the nation. This is my outlook on the current state of affairs, the powers that are(politicians) don't think they need a middle class in this country any longer. From my understanding, you can't transfer a LLC. I have been wrong before thou. take care........ |
