Re: Question On California License
Depends on how much your Invoice is going to be, if it is under $500, you don't need a license from CSLB.
You will need a business license from the cities you work in though. Do you have a connection with a Realtor? Or are you just trying to jump in the game? If you don't have a good connection, you may find it a tough row to hoe. As many foreclosures as there are out there, there are more people wanting to get into the "Trash out or REO Services" game. It is competitive and you will usually be waiting about 45-60 days to get paid. If that all sits well with you, jump in, the water is warm (and crowded).

Re: Question On California License
True, what are they paying $50 a trash out. Of course you get to keep all the trash, i mean we are talking highly skilled tradesmen here. There's obviously money to be made and fun going through other people ****, good luck.

Re: Question On California License
The last one I did was $875.00 for 3 1/2 hours work. It was a mess, but for that kind of money, I can deal with other peoples ***t.
