opens up a whole new area of contracting, "BOBS ROOFSCAPING".
Can't wait to see the insurance premium on that.

The green building movement is honestly just started to gain steam. It will eventually become part of building code where every project will be LEED certified.

I don't think you mow it.....wait till winter when its dead and strike a match LOL

I always liked underground homes......I rented a basment from a couple when I was in college and it was awsome I never needed AC ( I had a dehumidifier tho) and even in the coldest days all it took was a 1500 watt milkhouse heater to keep it 70. Not bad for 1500 sq ft in eastern KS

Jon Mon is thinking along with Malco/Mickeyco.......There is no Green.

Reread, again......trouble is the movement or whatever is controled by the green mafia who is in the proven state of banning Water/global warming mith/spotted owl.

Build a house/project with common/ tested/ know how. Dont be bound up with what might happen or who wants it to be a way of their own thinking.

Build it to last. Do not jump on solor, steem heat in the floors,, grass on the roof, insulating to the point of foolish, on demand hot water,or...drum roll...berrrrrrrrr Bing Bing!! framing that will fail for a lot of reasons like finehome building is so big on.

Building a good House, with energy in mind, 3' spread footing, stem wall dont insulate it total waste of time money, 2x6 wall framing, insulate with spray foam in the walls and joists, standing seam roof, diging holes in the ground and drawing up the heat/cool will never pay for itself use standard heat and air.

Use natural gas any place you can including your ride>> this is very important you cant belive how much of this stuff is flaired-burned up thru a 6'' pipe for 20 years or so<< The change over in your ride is about $1600 price for the gal in effect is $1.50 a gal The GDF green mafia fagg monkeys are missing this all together like they always do with the important things.

Ya wanta go green??? stop the space program all together right now, in fact yeasterday, check out the gas out put everytime they touch off those things. Not to mention the Money involved for....lets see...Nothing!!! If the Milatary wants high gound the Moon is high enough I am good with that. JonMon
