We're tearing off four balconies on this house now and redoing them. Getting some siding up now too

Hey Jason,
Nice project you got going there!!

It seems the last time I was around this site a lot(quite a few months back)you weren't getting much work in your area and looking to find a better spot.
Looks like your doing pretty good now, those are some big homes you've been working on.
Glad to see things working out for ya!

I know, I loved it with my Makita 10" slide, but this one has some weight to it. I'm worried that one of the guys might drop it while trying to clip it to the stand!

The base is, siding is redwood (heart) and the casing is clear western red. We mill and install it, including the Azek.

Great project Jason. As an old timer used to say to me:

"There's only one thing wrong with it... It ain't done yet!"

Make sure you post the finished project.
