Not sure what you are saying.

Leo and I are on the same page. We have a mutual respect that can handle an honest answer.

At least I hope so

What I meant by my words Gus, was that Leo's PM, based on some of his prior posts, is NOT suffering!

Now, if you were just givin' him a bit of Tradesman to Tradesman razzing, forgive me for being too obtuse to see it this day!

.It is "all good" amongst us here!!!.

Re: Post A Picture Of Your Current Job.

I can handle the razzing. Its all good fun on a Sunday. Don't know how much profit I make on my drawers. The fewer I have to make the more profit I make. I make my drawers out of 9 ply Euro Maple plywood. A little hard on the router bit but easy on the parts cut up. I usually charge about $100 to fill in a drawer hole. Using Blum slides that cost me about $19 each.

And yes, I do let my pride get in the way of my profit. But I see that as a good thing. I don't see business as only a money making thing. I know that the items I produce will be around for a long time. When I am old(er ) I can go around a see what I have left behind that I made with my hands and tools. Feels good. I am comfortable in my living and see the future as comfortable as well. With all the businesses falling all around me and me still surviving I know what I am doing is the right way to do business. I am not making gobs of money. But I am in no way suffering. The wife is happy. The family is happy. What more could I ask for, besides winning the lotto and relaxing in a tropical paradise.

Depending on how my day goes at the shore I will probably be getting back to the shop around 6:30-7:30. Probably to late and you'll be headed back up to VT. But if you are in the area at that time I have no problem with you stopping by to take a look and for the chat. I like to meet the folks on the forums.

No clue where your shop is, so far it's either 1 hour away from Millbrook or 1 hour and 45 min. No clue here.
