Wireless, whole house is ungrounded circuits out of a seriously overloaded 100amp service. There is also still some old knob and tube wiring.

Ya, there's a sink. It is not in this version of the drawing. This is about 3 renderings before what was decided on. The details go in last, and a sink is not that important to me when visualizing. It goes in front of the window, but you all knew that anyway.
