Stp57, everything is plaster. A house was build 15 years ago 2/3 around a fountain. All house is like horseshoe. We got a radius and made curve moulds.

BCConstruction, that is made that same like straight peaces, only on curve base. On this photo you can see curve base. For each required radius/curve we have make new base. |

Nothing too fancy, just some more custom milled crown to match an exsisting out of production profile... Primed waiting for paint...

Don't know how long it was to make a design. To make a patterns and moulds for square and grill pieces was 6 days 10h/d for 3 guys, cast everything - 6 days 10h/d for 4 guys, installation took 11 days 10h/d for 3 guys and first 3 days we had 2 helpers to help hang up big central pieces.
