Fascinating work Resta. Is the crown molding plaster also? How did you curve it?

Stp57, everything is plaster. A house was build 15 years ago 2/3 around a fountain. All house is like horseshoe. We got a radius and made curve moulds.

Thank you brothers.

BCConstruction, that is made that same like straight peaces, only on curve base. On this photo you can see curve base. For each required radius/curve we have make new base.

Nothing too fancy, just some more custom milled crown to match an exsisting out of production profile... Primed waiting for paint...

and wow was the ceiling up and down in this place....almost wanted to carve out the rock in a few spots so I could keep the crown straight....but I just lowered the crown and tapered it away...little caulk.......

Resta, thank you SO much for showing us that.

What kind of time is involved in making and installing those panels?

Don't know how long it was to make a design. To make a patterns and moulds for square and grill pieces was 6 days 10h/d for 3 guys, cast everything - 6 days 10h/d for 4 guys, installation took 11 days 10h/d for 3 guys and first 3 days we had 2 helpers to help hang up big central pieces.
