BCConstruction,
That is a nice bath.
Don't you just love it when you go back to take a picture and the owner has the place looking real nice.
I always feel a little strange moving their stuff out of the shot.

Cheers Gus. Customer was extremly happy with the outcome but at first they was unsure if they wanted it done. But now it has gained me more work from them.
The pictures and things the customers add def add to the final design look. Thats the part im useless at. I was lucky as they had moved most of their stuff out the way to clean so only had to unload the shower.

nice marvin window replacement job in stucco, when i pulled the old units
i found rot but thankfully it was mostly confined to the rough double sills
i cut thru the stucco pulled the sills, installed new sills then installed a z flashing over the stucco cut, installed a rip of beveled siding on top of the sills, flexwrap over that
i ordered extruded exterior trim on the new units, installed them,
then a installed blocks of pvc shims to bring my trim under the windows
back to where it was originally and to provide drainage
i routed out the bottom of the sill trim to pass over the stucco and cover the joint,i used miratec and back painted 2 coats of bm
caulk, paint all trim on outside stain and varnished re trim inside

Working underground....
And now for something completely different, structural repairs to an 1770
colonial house on Connecticut. The term "dirty jobs" also comes to mind also...

Just finishing up 2 kitchens, both are almost the same removed the soffits, shifted the stove and microwave in both, took out pantry closets and replaced with cabinet pantry cabs.
both home owners are 30 miles apart yet almost identical kitchens, tile and cab chioces! what are the odds?
