Possible 30 Minute Downtime Today

This site is hosted out of a data center in Tampa Florida and they are having some issues with some of their network gear. Because of this they will attempt to do a migration today which may make this site unavailable for up to 30 mins ( but hopefully less than 5 mins).

If for some reason you cannot reach to the site at some point today please check back in a few minutes. The down time should only be temporary.

Thanks for understanding.

Has it happened yet or did I miss the chance to see you actually shut Realpurty2 up for 30 minutes.

Dave.

Re: Possible 30 Minute Downtime Today

They said it was most likely going to be around 5:00pm EST but that they didn't really know.

So, if that holds ture then look for it sometime in the next hour.

Hopefully its only for a few minutes. It's not the server going down but the network connection to the server.

7:30ish EST unless my ISP had a brain fart, was under 7 mins I think. I'm still in withdrawls. I'll let you know once I reread the last two weeks post... Got to go, jonesing for some more "how much should I charge" posts.

Re: Possible 30 Minute Downtime Today

That was probably it. I got an email at 7:20 saying that they were about to begin.

Still nothing saying that they are totally done though.
