Please Help With Orgnizational Form

CAN ANYONE WITH EXPERIENCE IN THE FIELD EXPLAIN THE BENEFITS AND LIMITATIONS OF AN ORGANIZATION FORMED LIKE THE FOLLOWING. THANKS SO MUCH

Donnelly Construction has been in business since 1991. We have extensive experience in all aspects of construction. We have completed projects ranging from $10,000 to over $2,000,000. Currently we have nine full time employees, three Superintendents, two Project Managers, one Chief Estimator, one Administrative Assistant, President and Vice President. Chris Donnelly, the president, will have the position of Chief Executive Officer, and Chief Financial Officer as well. Given that Donnelly Construction is a relatively small company, our workload will be overseen by our Senior Project Manager, Eric Norman, and Project Manager Dave Cote. Eric Norman will receive backing from Dave Cote on the six to eight projects we will encounter in a given year. The two Project Managers are able to successfully manage the given jobs at the time, however as Donnelly Construction continues to grow we will employ more Project Managers as needed. Chief Estimator, David Herrington, will be responsible for the accurate project estimation at hand. At this point, three Superintendents are able to efficiently run the construction phase of available projects. Carlos Santos, John Savage, and Jeff Conway have a combined forty years of construction experience, and this shows in their efficiency, and coordination in the field. Erin Thompson, our Administrative Assistant supports project coordination, and performs general and administrative duties for our commercial construction projects. Our Vice President, Dan Brown manages day-to-day operations and a staff currently of 8. He is responsible for the management, staffing and growth of Donnelly Construction and is responsible for maximizing productivity, quality and profitability of the company. He must has the ability to oversee all operations of the company and promotes positive changes to improve the overall operation of organization. Dan Brown also supervises managers and their activities in day to day operations, Dan Brown Reports Directly to Chris Donnelly, President. Using this current organizational structure, operations have flowed seamlessly without any major issues at all.

I thought there was a 'no advertising' policy?
