Pipe And Ladder Rack
I am thinking of building a pipe and ladder rack on the side of my house, I need every thing to be stored horizontally and I need to be able to store three or four extention ladders and a bit of pipe ranging from 1/2" emt to 2" rigid. Not to mention some lumber as well. Any Ideas that are cost effective

Re: Pipe And Ladder Rack
I did about what you are talking doing except mine is inside my shop. I took two sets of 2x4s doubled that I attached to the side of the shop wall and drilled them for 3/4 pipe about every 12" and stuck the pipe in the holes. I have three shelve set this way up high with a major peice of tooling under them. (About 500lb of stuff) If I remember right the Idea came out of Fine wood working a few years ago

Re: Pipe And Ladder Rack
I built one on the side of my shed like that, just out of pressure treated 2x4s with a simple shed roof. I put a few shelves in it. It holds a few ladders, lumber, and a brake. Just back the truck up to it and slide everything right in.
