Pintle Lock For My Trailer

Recommend a pintle lock for my trailer? I want something that would make it hard to remove with a bolt cutter.

Check these out:

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Pintl...spagenameZWD1V

I really like this one:

http://www.universalboot.com/ub/pintle-hitch-lock.php

But it cost almost $200

This also looks nice

Which should I get?

Not much some chain or rope can't bypass. The thief can then take it home and work on it at his leisure. If your serious about trailer security, use a boot. For example, see http://www.pickupspecialties.com/Whe..._boot_lock.htm

Re: Pintle Lock For My Trailer

i will never leave my trailer on site over night, but if i need to run out during the day, then i want to have it secured.

Trailer will contain my air compressor and sandblasting pot.

That will lock will not work, i have electric brakes on both axles.
