At the prices I am charging comes out to about 50-75 an hour. More than enough for me. We finished one today,3 Big industrial buildings. Had 2 snow blowers up there and 2 shovels going all the time. 4 men total, did ground cleanup afterwards. Took 2 1/2 days. got 2k for that one. That was my biggest one yet. Although I like the extra little work coming in, its starting to get a little old. Im hoping construction picks back up soon. Been pretty slow lately. Suppose to get another 16 inches of snow tonight, so I'm sure I'll get a bunch more roofs to clear. O well, money is money!!

Re: The Phone Rang Today.

have 4 siding projects lined up started 1 yesterday last night got 6" of snow and freezing rain so another day off i guess. we also just landed a vinyl deck 22' x 16' other than that had one siding lead on answer machine today so we'll have to see where that goes. also we have a 36 window job and an addition in the finance pile right now but one looks like a done deal the other i won't figure up until i see how much money they have to work with.
the 1st home show of the year here starts feb 19th and they are evry other week pretty much after that till end of march.
so i guess we will just have to wait and see what happens with them typically we can expect around 350,000- 450,000 of work from each show but i think those #'s may go down this year. ( i hope not! )
the key is to turn off the news and get out there and make things happen for yourselves.

Wants it priced installed or GC pickup.

Anybody else finding the phone ringing? Strange both happened the same day.
Great! Have you ears been ringing as well?
