Re: Peeves Part 2

My job was to support the floor joists, (45') so the masons could finish demo, and replace the framing with block/pour...This is where I have to build my support wall!

Re: Peeves Part 2

I knew what I was up against today, so I was able to keep a positive attitude, but c'mon...this is the messiest house I have ever been in....The house is awesome but in horrible disrepair, and a Fing mess! Even the living areas are terrible....they need a crew for 2 weeks and a dozen 40 yard dumpsters to even get to a point where any real rehabbing could be done.

This mansion is on a cliff overlooking Lake Erie, with a beautiful view....It was built perfectly...what a shame!

Re: Peeves Part 2

These pics don't prove it....

1. this area was called a NYS disaster area when Cattaraugus Creek flooded a couple months ago....I was told there was flood debris that filled the whole bay.

2. there has been no property maintenance EVER....The landscaping is so-so....

3. the hazy, rainy morning light didn't help.

I'll be back a couple more times...so I'll try to get some better pics.

Don't be so hard on yourself.

That's what you have all of us for.

Bring it back if you even have a twinge of guilt. Then ask if you can have it.
Bad money carma is no good.

Re: Peeves Part 2

I hope you stayed low around that junction pretzel !!! I watched in horror and hysterical laughter as a friend of mine scratched his head under one like it and his big ugly 'Reaper' ring arced and he did the Helter Skelter underneath it. It even arced onto his wire rimmed glasses
