paint is stippling out of airless spray gun

Is there a professional spray painter out there, experienced in priming and finish painting wood material with an airless spray gun. After more than 12 years of getting fine finishes, we are suddenly experiencing a slight stipple finish on our final product...don't like it!, has been happening with certain brands of paint for about 8 months now. Have cleaned, changed, replaced and still no luck. Is anyone experiencing this and how do you address and cure the problem.
Some have said to go to an HVLP system, but tried it several years ago and still preferred the airless. Any thoughts or suggestions would be appreciated.

Thin it down a little bit. It wont hurt the integrity.
I think the word your looking for is "orange peel", not stipple.

Start there.
Some materials are not suitable for use with fine finish tips.
