Services Needed:Yard work, Handyman work (Kapaa & Wailua Homestead)

Looking for someone who's interested in providing Yard Services and Handyman Work.
You must have your own tools, equipment and transportation to all job sites.
Job sites will include Kapaa town, Wailua Homesteads and Wailua Houselots.

All jobs pay $10 per hour

There are 3 properties to be maintained. The service provider chosen will receive all 3 accounts.

I see this stuff all the time on Craigslist here in Oklahoma City!

Must have own tools, truck, 5 years experience in all construction fields.
Must be have clean appearance, no criminal history
$10 an hour

I hear ya. Every one wants a master tradesman for apprentice wages... I know things are tuff but come on...

another property preservation company that hires non-trained, non-licensed contractors for pennies. Then they don't pay the non-licensed non-trained contractor since they "assume" the work is non-par and the general contractor won't be paid..thats the norm course of business. These people should be lashed! At least thats the ads I see but maybe this one is different? LOL

its no different down here in new orleans. i see these ads all the time people trying to take advantage of the economy and screw people. i have 3 years of electrical expierence and i get offered 9 and 10 bucks an hour. it is insane the way people are in this day and age. i mean what happend to an honest days pay for an honest days work.
