One Thing To Keep In Mind With Following With Estimates
here's a tip
If you gave an estimate 6 months ago, and are just following up "now" ... maintain your style ... let it go man ... let it go ... probably means ya didn't get the job and even if ya didn't ... it spells s-t-a-r-v-i-n-g

One way or the other, it definitely puts the customer in the "drivers seat" with respect to renegotiating, which is guaranteed to happen if the job still hasn't been given out.
One other thing-- on my proposal sheet, it states very clearly that my estimate is good for 30 days, after which time, the price is subject to change, if not accepted by that time.
