Nutting wrong with giving the unskilled, just pay them as if they were working at McDees and have a Skilled Professional for every 5 workers, how long do you think the unskilled will last

i fire idiots non stop, they all have the idea construction is fun, they all have the idea of hard hats and shovels, but then they realize this field is not for them, and when it comes to intense labor they still don't cut it, another waste of money
