WE ARE A MARKETING COMPANY AND THIS IS A LEAD WE GENERATED, IT ONLY COSTS $25 TO BID ON THIS PROJECT, AND WE WILL HAVE A MAXIMUM OF 8 CONTRACTORS BID!

Email them back and tell them that you will give them $200, the same as all 8 quotes if they line up the job for you. Maybe even throw in an extra $50 fo their troubles

I just googled some of the text and found at least two other craigslist areas that they are working.... bet there isn't even a job
