New Markets
I have a service company that deals in restaurants (handy man service for lack of a better name) I have been working mostly in the South-Eastern part of Wisconsin. with an occasional trip to Chicago for some of the major chains.
We work mostly early mornings, and late night. and do a wide variety of jobs from tile work to painting. Just about anything to do with building repair. We don't do any major electrical, plumbing or equipment. For some time I have thought about targeting northeastern Illinois (Schaumburg to the fox valley Elgin, Dundee). I want to start roughly in a 90 mile circle of Rockford. I know from living in the Chicago area for some time that the pricing is much different than Wisconsin I was wondering if anyone mite be able to give me some guidelines on what the fair market pricing is for a service such as mine.
