New Construction Interior Painting Estimate
My son & I are an established painting contractor in the Seattle area, but have not bid a total new construction interior paint job in a few years. We're negotiating the painting of a new 3200 sq ft two story house. It's a high-end interior three coat job (primer and two coats of various colors throughout the house) on all walls & ceilings, includes a total millwork package with window wraps, 24 doors and jambs, plus crown moldings. My question: What are high-end new construction painted interiors including all painted millwork going for in todays market per square foot of floor space? Any input would be helpful before we sit down at the bargaining table. Thanks greatly for your help. Lee
