Need Pacific Region Information

I'm working on a class assignment and I was hoping this forum could help.

I need to find information on the Pacific Region: Alaska, California, Hawaii, Oregon, and Washington. The specific information I am looking for is as follows: (All of the information I need is for the move up style home.)
-Price Per Square Foot
-Average Square Foot
-How Many Rooms and What Kind of Rooms
-The Materials Used for Construction
-Systems Common to this Area
-Property Sizes

Any information including websites or personal experience would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

With the limitless resources
of the internet at one's finger tips,
kids still want someone else
to do their homework for them.

You asked for a LOT of
professional advice.
Did it ever occur to you
that at least part of the
assignment is designed so that
you will be learning research skills?

Have you tried real estate sales?
Property tax information?
Tons of sites with access to the
information you are after.
