Welcome, and you came to the rite place.
First thing is we got to get you started rite, so get a pencil and piper and rite this down.
Square inch for pint is .03 for walls, .04 ceilins and .05 for floors. Floors is harder because you got to stay in the corner till the pint dries.
Come back anytime for more prices.

Here in Ontario it's per sq centimeter - we are looking at sweeping changes and perhaps converting to sq millimeter, just for accuracy sakes. Maybe we can get a bit more $ by going millimeters maybe charge an extra .000000001 cents per.

Sway is right, there are forces at play who cannot resist holding what appears to us to be raw meat six inches in front of our noses.
Until we figure out it's not the real deal.
The three identical posts may well be our best clue that this is the case with this thread. Further indignity.

As I said before...The Horror...The Horror...

And don't forget, the furniture moving and pet sitting is always done for free by the painting contractor. You have to re-hang the artwork too, otherwise you'll never be competitive,

That's some of the best advice I have gotten in a long time

All these years of frustration thinking I wasn't doing it right cause I'd paint myself into the corner and then be frustrated cause I couldn't walk on the paint without ruining it. Leave it to the pros here to finally edumicate me that the error of my ways all these years has been not knowing that you have to plan and allow for the time you have to stand in the corner waiting for the paint to dry.

Thanks guys!
