Need Help
Guys and Gals I got a 117 year old house. I had a land contract with someone. Long story short, they experienced a few roof leaks and never told me about it. I took the house back over with water damage "from the leaky roof" to 3 rooms upstairs and damage to a bathroom ceiling downstairs. Also the 3 rooms upstairs have ceilings full of mold. And I ripped up a carpet in one room upstairs and it looks like "the 1st' layer of wood is damaged. I also took down the paneling in one room upstairs and it seems like the "sheet rocked walls" have mold on them also. Am I looking at a whole new upstairs? New drywall and sheet rock everywhere? Anybody that can help I can send pictures to of the damage. I tried to attach them but it keeps saying the file size is to big. Any help would be appreciated. I live in New York. So If any Contractors in N.Y. would like to see the pictures and offer their personal advice, that would be greatly appreciated. Please Help. Thank You All for Your Time
