I missed where it was addressed. Where was that?

All I saw was something about John suspecting the cabinets moved after install and then something about the customer complaining about something that was uncurable or that she was using it wrong.

Sorry I'm confused.

Anyway, it was amusing to re-read this old thread, remind myself of the old days. I'm involved with other things at the moment, but miss doing the kitchens and would quite like to get back to them one day, shame not to put all the knowledge I gained to good use.
