Morehead And Climax

Just got back, my stepdaughter got married in Cavalier, ND on Saturday.

Took the country roads back to see a little of America and had to share this:

America is a beautiful country and the farms are so green and vibrant looking, but what I thought some of you might enjoy is the fact that after leaving North Dakota and coming down route 10 I spent some time in Climax, Minnesota, pop 723. We then continued down the road to end up in Morehead, Minnesota.

I went from Climax to Morehead today with my lovely wife without stopping for gas once

That's kind of like the road sign then kept getting stolen when we were in high school:

"I-69 to Climax"

We'll have to grab a longer board. I forgot to put the wood stretcher in the truck today.

I don't know if that sign is still there or not. I haven't been by that area in years.

Here is a screenshot of the Google map that shows the area where it was.

Here in Pa, there's a road which passes through Blue Ball, Bird in Hand and then Paradise.

I hate when I have to drive it in the other direction.

Argh, it's late. Yes, as I recall, Intercourse lies between Bird in hand and Paradise.
