Re: More Good Recession News- GMAC Is Back Baby!

Mike's of the Keynesian school of economics, which tells you basically that when an economy is overburdened with debt, the solution is to throw more debt on top of it, and just print more money to pay off the debt. He gets fooled into thinking that making a 10% return on investment under these circumstances is a good thing. But what he just can't realize is that although he might have 10% more dollars, those dollars now buy 15% less stuff.

Mike, it's not about liking a recession, it's about realizing that the recession IS the fix to the problem.

By the way. It's an 8% return on investment.

When GM becomes the ONLY American based Car Manufacturer, you will see.

Life lesson -- if customers aren't buying remodeling Mikey make no money.

Maybe in fairy tale world where you all live all the big oggers live with you and the trolls under the bridges where the government is out to get you and China is taking over America you all don't need customers to hand over to you hard earned money. You live off love and fairy dust?

GMAC lending is good. If you don't get it, what can I say? Hang out and watch Jerry Springer for the next year when the alternative is your phone isn't ringing.

Never met a bunch of people who wanted to be in a recession.
Garbage, I've simply stated cold hard facts. You are simply stating your opinion on the bailouts and stimulus packages.

Nobody wants this retraction of growth, but looking at it from a Macro-economic perspective the facts are scary. I bet you were one the citizens who a year ago argued that the economy would recover quickly and housing wouldn't depreciate at such fast rates.

Well I've got new for you, the pain is just beginning. This is what happens when a country(Big Corporations) outsources most of there jobs to take advantage of cheap labor. As I've stated earlier in this post, we have become a consuming nation. So what happens now, the price of services( our industry) will go down as a result of a major deflationary period. If the Government keeps printing and borrowing money at record paces we could end up with Hyperinflation due to a collapsing currency.

Put it this way in a Fractionalize banking system like the one we have now. Say a bank deposits 1111.11 dollars in the Central
Bank. The FED they can now loan out 10,000 dollars. That's a 9 to 1 ratio. That is right for every dollar they take in they can loan out 9.

So John Q. Public recieves a loan for 10k buys say a car. The person he bought it from deposits in their bank. Because Banks are all intertwined with the Fed it don't matter what bank. Ok with that out of the way the the 10k deposit can be loaned out in 9 to 1 ratio. As you should be able to see now how money is created out of debt. This money is created but not made into hard cash. Of all the money out there only 5% of it is hard cash.

I've seen the video a long time ago and i'm not agrueing about the way money is currently created. The money makers are destroying capitalism , not creating it or being based off it. The America people would prosper without it.

Our dollar is being debased to pave way for the Amero. This controlled "Ecomomic Collapse" has alot of leaders and global power players calling for a New World Order.

Free market capitalism died the day we allowed our congresscritters to give a ****ing bailout.

The bailout will happen. It should not but the government will not let companies that large with so many workers fail.

The bailout is like having gangrene on your dick!! it is not pretty and all the options suck

Is the 8% return going to pay down the debt? Not just the national debt but the entire 50 trillion and rising?

I still don't get how GMAC lending is going to fix the economy. People would have to take on more debt for this to work. With the speculation that 09 is going to be rough why would some one want to have to pay a 300-600 dollar a month payment.

I don't know how many times you have to say NWO in the mirror for it appear. But if you don't watch the American MSM but world news you will know as I know you do.

I don't like the fact that the words new world order have been udder many times from the lips of many foreign leaders in the last few months.

If people still think NWO is a crack pot conspiracy. Then ask the kid who was ridiculed by his teachers. Then his American History book has a chapter title America in the New World Order 1971-present. Thats right present we are already living in it.
