Monte Carlo Fire

Does anyone know what type of material is on the exterior of the Monte Carlo? Seems unusual to me that it would burn so nicely? It looks like burning hunks of roofing material were dripping down the sides and igniting the exterior of the building?
Anyone from that area that knows?

Thanks,

Nice! Didn't see that it was foam. Wonder how many of our commercial buildings are foam? Seems to burn well. I bet Al Gore likes it too!
