Moldy Mobile Home
Bought a fixer SW mobile home on nice property, had it rented out. Right after the people moved out, the HW flex supply line to the kitchen sink popped off and water ran for a week before I was notified.
The kitchen and LR grew mold and mildew, the other rooms are ok.
The wife wants to move on a new unit and junk this one because of the mold, I say rip out the interior, repipe, rewire, insulate, windows, siding, new plywood floor, drywall ect.
What would you do ?

Trip to the store 3,00 book of matches price less. Well I do know out west you have to disclouse any mold when you sell. Find a used one to throw on it.

"looked a lot better as beer cans"---name the Artist, now that you know the topic.
I sold a window job last year on a trailer, my windows are worth more than the trailer but not close to $89 psf.

That's about what I paid for it. Quotes came in 300-600$ to haul it away, site unseen. It sits on a rock pile, surrounded by trees.
