Meeting CA Code With Mag Locks?

I'm installing some magnetic locks on the external proximity doors of a california business and am trying to find information on what I must do to ensure the installation meets code, specifically the fire code.

Can I use electronic REX buttons or do I need to use touch-sensing bars, as to avoid a user from requiring "special knowledge" beforehand. Any help on this would be great.

Re: Meeting CA Code With Mag Locks?

In any other state, a request to exit button is sufficient. Not knowing a thing about Cali, except that they tend to have some whacky strict codes, the sensor strip on the panic bar probably is required. That's just a total wild guess, but it let me slam California's Nazi-esque goofy codes yet another time.
