Makin Money On Contractortalk.com

alright, think about it ...

most people i would imagine usually find this place because they started searching internet resources for answers to questions they have

like what does the SBA offer?
what is good PM software for contractors
what do other contractors do, etc.

it's great to exchange information and all ...

but - think about the time you put into reading a (serious) post ... thinking for a moment and then writing. There's no set answer to that ... but think about it ... and then think how the time adds up

I've read some of ya'll complaining about the DIY threads. After reading those - I certainly sympathize with those complaints. On the other hand, I ask "why bother?" Waste of time

Actually - most of us probably are wasting our valuable time while on here. I am right now, lol.

Alright Dirt - get to the point:

PayPal Accounts set up for each member. I can't think of the nuts and bolts here --- but basically - you get paid for your time to answer questions and share the experience that you most likely paid for (in one way or another) to be able to share

....

just an idea

have at it

Giving out advice for a fee would require a person to have E&O insurance. It's not particularly expensive, but most of us lack it. Additionally, any advice would necessarily need to be padded with pages of boilerplate disclaimers.

Re: Makin Money On Contractortalk.com

I enjoy coming on here and talking about what I love... for free. I think that most people that are making a good living during the day don't want their night to be ruled by money...

However, I do have a paypal account you guys can forward money to!
