Re: Made In USA Product List

Not all of Redwing boots are made in USA but they do give you the country of origin in their product details and you can type "Made in USA" in the search window on their web site to find which ones are.

I would think giving them a call couldn't hurt. If you find a product you like that is Made in USA, it's also a good idea to let the company know that you noticed and that you hope that they continue to make stuff here instead of shipping all their manufacturing overseas.

I believe the last auger bit I got from them was made in Brazil and I think I saw their speedbor bits made in China. I haven't looked too closely at their tools recently so, I'm probably not the best to say where the majority of their stuff is made.

I've recently started contacting company's listed here and inviting them to stop by and say hello. I don't know if any of them will but I think it could be a nice addition to CT to have them around.

I'm going to be doing a major update here soon and add a number of companies. To make things easier to find, I'm going to update my original post to try to put everything in some type of logical order and include those that others have posted.

Thanks for all the additions and please add more if you got any.

Original post is under construction and I hope to have it completed within a week or so.

Re: Made In USA Product List

I also forgot to mention, at the beginning of the show they went to a home in Texas and asked them if they could look at all their rooms and see how many products they had in their home that were Made in USA. .........believe it or not, NOTHING but 2 things - a decoration of flowers and a small table was made in usa, nothing else. It is a really neat show and amazingly, if we would all spend $62.00 more and start buying usa made only products it would create like 200,000 jobs in a years time! Amazing, lets all start buying MADE IN USA Only!!!

How do you like your vacuum? This is the first I've ever heard of them. Shop Vac also makes most/all of their vacuums here but I'd only consider them okay.

If you do a search, the Made in America segments has been discussed here a couple times before. I do enjoy watching them but I wish they would have a little more interest in whether or not the company they buy the stuff off of is US or foreign owned.

It looks like you're a new member so, welcome to the site.
