Looking for Software to track Service WO's

Any ideas, would like to get software to track Work Orders, and in general make notes of parts on order, jobs not done, etc.

I have used MS Acess at a Corp Level, but , I don't want to use it now.

Desktop Dispatcher

I have been demo'ing the Desktop Dispatcher.

http://www.desktopdispatcher.com/

Originally interested in it mainly because I can push a work order to my technicians iPhones from the office but that has turned out not to work as well as I had hoped.

The desktop software however is decent. Both products IMO need more work but the author has made a great start towards something I think could be valuable to a lot of service industries.

If you try it let me know what you think. Also, if you find or have found another product I would like to hear about it.
