Looking For A Retiring Contractor

I am looking for a contractor in the Southeast that is retiring soon but wants to continue to receive an income. I want to work with him to learn the business for about a year and then take over the business with an agreement to give him a portion of the business proceeds every year. If you know of anybody that may be interested in something like this could you pass along my name and number. Thanks.

Excellent idea Brent! I know a few people who have done similiar ideas and are making very good money.

I'd consider posting something similiar in your city's newspaper and/or contact local supply houses and spread the word.
