wow $10.00 bucks a sqft what a deal for them. I just saw home theatre, kitchen, bathroom. I usually bid these around 80.00 a ft.

you know theres gonna be 3-4 more bidding on this. i would like to go there and tell them they won the publishers clearing house and we will do this job @ no cost.
 and i still probably would NOT get this JOB.THIS IS BULL SH!T @ ITS FINEST |

im sure the lead sold multiple times. thats what gets me the lead company will make more profit than the contractor who does the work.
maybe im in the wrong business |
