I am in the REO property preservation business, I live in San Diego.

Can anyone give me some advice on the best way to get jobs directly from the banks?. I am an unknown, so I know that is working against me.

I met this guy who dose the same thing, through Craig's list. He is helping me in giveing me some work, but I would like to get some work on my own. Is it the best way to get started is to be a vendor?.

This guy I can tell he knows alot about the business, and he said he would help me, but it is going to slow.

Any advise would be great.
