Just Getting Started

Hi there, need to pick your brains if you are contracting in Perth WA,
When submitting prices for a tender, as a sub-contractor are they just wanting my hourly rate or what are the prices they are asking for from suppliers and contractors? SORRY VERY NEW TO THE GAME!

Just tell them to pick one from column A and one from Column B, total it all up and that's your price quote.
What are you just getting starting out as?
